The Museum The Museum of Ancient History, a seemingly nice place for humans to learn about all things historical. It has everything, from the deserts of Egypt...to the jungles of south America,the tundras of Russia, to the hills of japan. Come and enjoy a fun time should be had by all!
Unknown to the general public however is that this museum houses, some rare, and occasionally very dangerous mystical objects, there for the taking should the opportunistic creature of the night try to steal from it.

Domino waited at the back of the museum as the new arrival of a shipment from Africa pulled in and opened it's cargo doors A few false credentials and a a dead guard in a mummy case later. he walked away from the museum holding a small wooden, box. The orb inside. He smiled and walked out into the city.

Domino sat on the roof of the museum, smoking his cigarrete patiently.. He sat there with the orb out and a chisel. He sat tapping away at it....finally a small fragment broke off. Domino grabbed it quickly as the orb began to reform itself, it's broken piece filling back in. Domino put the actual orb back into the small box, and in the inside pocket of his duster jacket. He held the fragment and put it under his fedora. He then looked down at the museum. he would need another artifact from the museum..but the sun was rising....he didi not have the time tonight. He jumped down and made his way back to his temporary resting place.

With the sun, now setting Domino watched, the last of the human visitors head out to their cars. He sat there waiting a little longer....soon it would be time for him to move in....

Elena decides to go to the Museum. Possibly sneak in while they are closing, she hates when it's packed with humans. She starts to walk up the steps but stays in the shadows so she remains undetected.

Once he was sure all the visitors had left he moved with vampiric speed, to the door. Going in before the iron bars would be placed on the doors. he moved stealthily along the corridors, he ticked off the various exhibit halls in his mind.
Egypt...
Sumaria...
Greek....
Mayan....
.....ah here we are...Chinese...
He walked into the Chinese exhibit hall. He eventually found the display case he was looking for. Inside was a smooth wooden box, fitted with various wood pieces sticking of the box, on all sides like pegs, that had yet to be hammered in. The card on the display case read: Chinese Puzzle box,said to be used to house powerful secrets of the government,one could only open it by putting in and sliding out, the correct sequence of pegs.
Domino allowed himself a small chuckle,these human archaeologists had no idea what they really found.....He then removed a small knife from his pocket and traced along the glass. A magicked hole opened where the box was, and Domino took it, replacing it with a decoy box...tit would not fool an expert, but the general public would believe it.
He heard the sound of the now on duty guards footsteps approaching on his nightly rounds. He moved backwards, sticking to the shadows,once he got back to the door he saw the iron gates descending on the door. He dove under and walked out the door.

Ah... Alexander had read about the legendery vampric item that was found and shipped to the museum. Aparently some excavators had found the ruins of an ancient civilization. Aparently, some ancient humans found some vampires drinking blood from a bowl. They thought that these vampires were high priests to some god. So they made these vampires the priests of there place. What they would do once every month was they would take all there prisoners to a ceremonial place. The priests or vampires, would be dressed in gold and would carry an un-named toll used for slitting throats. The preist when then slit the prisoners throats and a worker would catch the blood in a golden bowl. Afterwords the priest would drink from the bowl. Well aparently the people who found this excavation site found a rare diamond that was carved into a smooth red rock. The diamond was unknown and they called it the BloodStone because of its blood red look. Unknown to them but known to vampires, this stone was really called BloodRose. This stone was powerful and enhanced the abilites of a vampire. If a vampire wore this during a blood moon he would be insanely powerful.So insanely powerful that the vampire would be the strongest vampire in the world, until the blood moon went down. Well a day after the excavators found this they gave it to the museum, without the public knowning. A day later they found the excavators, drained of all their blood and their houses raided, aparently looking for the BloodRose. Now they just opened the exibit for this stone and I just found out as they were still putting up the sign as I passed the museum. I might be the first vampire to hear about this so far... And today, it will be mine...
(( This ancient civilization is a real civilization except that the preists were not vampires. I read about it in National Geographic. And yes the preists really did drink the blood...))

The doors were locked but that wouldn't stop Alexander. Alexander took the bobby pin he had in his pocket and pulled it out. He put it into the lock and picked the lock. Then sneaking in without a sound he stuck to the shadows evading the guards. He got the ancient civilization exibit. He walked in and walked to the area about the newly found civilization. He saw the glass case. He took a claw and scratched with ease on the glass opening a square area. He pulled the glass square out and took out some spray. He sprayed inside the glass box so he could see the tripwires. He weaved his hand in and out of the tripwires. He found the stone and pulled it out replacing it with another red stone. This obviously wouldnt fool people who hadnt seen the stone yet but it would fool people who hadnt seen it yet. Eventually someone would figure out, he thought as he put the glass square back on while melting the edges with a lighter so that it would look like it was never taken. Then a guard walked by. Alexander jumped to the ceiling about 15 feet above him. He held onto the ceiling using his claws. He crawled all the way to the door until he landed onto the ground without making a sound. He walked out the door.

It was a dark and quiet night in L.A. The animals were asleep, the street lights were out, there was no one around. Perfect for what Ellie had planned. She was just about to walk up to the museum when she saw the man walking out of the door. She squinted her eyes then shouted at him.
"Who are you?"

"None of your buissness!" He jumped so high he landed on top of the museum and began to run. Alex knew that this person meant trouble. Then he noticed something. By the look of her appearance, she was a vampire too...

"I am not a blood sucker..."
She said with a chuckle. Her lips were twitching from holding back a smile.
