Also, how can she tell me I'm fat when SHE'S the one who forces me to eat everything she puts on my plate. What she needs to do is just STOP PUTTING AS MUCH DAMN FOOD ON MY PLATE!!!
It's irritating, I wish she would just let me eat what I feel like eating. Then I wouldn't be eating as much, and I might only even eat like two meals a day. I don't like living with her. I mean, I might not even eat at all if I forget. If I forget to eat, it's because I'm NOT HUNGRY. And if I'm NOT HUNGRY, I shouldn't eat, just like I shouldn't drink if I'm not thirsty, because then I'll be overhydrated.
Speaking of drinking, I'm thirsty, but the coke machine is messed up. Piss.

Well, actually it's better for your metabolism to eat small meals throughout the day.. I've been up since 8, and ate then, so I need a small lunch right about now.
But big meals throughout the day, or big meals only twice a day is bad for you. The first way... well, it's overeating. The second way, your body goes into starvation mode and stores all the fat you take in, instead of using it for energy.
Small meals, every three to four hours, even though you're not really THAT hungry, are necessary. Those 100 calorie packets are good if you aren't that hungry, but still need to keep your metabolism going.
