OrezOrez was basking in the sun that he could not see on a warm boulder he had managed to scale, a feat for someone with thier eyes sewn shut. His head turned as though on a swivel, not to survey the land, but to keep his ears open for any noises of interest, yet he did not pick any up, which was some what of a relief to him. It gave Orez the opprotunity to lie his head down and and rest for a bit, his eyes now seeming normal, as closed for his sleep.

Sumiki Sumiki padded quietly along a stream, her eyes taking in the beauty of her surroundings. Humming softly to herself she paused to watch the clouds pass by. As she lowered her gaze, she saw a strange lump on top of a boulder. Tilting her head in curiousity she padded closer, when she came closer she realized it was another ulaya. She hesitated in calling out to the other, it seemed like they were asleep and she didn't want to disturb them.

Orez's ears flicked as noise made him lift his head drowsily. He didn't know what the noise had been, and he was quite befuddled as his head turned. He stood, tail dragging on the rock he had been lying on. ".....Hello....?" He asked, calling out, wondering if he would get a response, or if he had just been awoken by a gentle breeze.

She let out a squeak as Orez called out to her. She hadn't been expecting the ulaya to wake up, or call out to her anyways. Letting out a nervous laugh she managed to reply, " Uhm.. Hello there. I didn't disturb you, did I?" She glanced up nervously at the other, her eyes widening in awe at the majestic horns the other had.

Orez rubbed his sealed eyes with his paw, "Well, I suppose not, it was more or less time for me to wake up anyway, otherwise I'd never meet another due to messed up sleeping habits." He said, smiling. She seemed nervous that she had disturbed him, and he wanted to reassure her it was no big deal. "Oh, I'm Orez, by the way, and may I ask your name?" He asked, head slightly tilted, wanting to make sure it was the voice of a female, otherwise it might be a tad inconvincing later on.
