Clause the second: Therefore [reader B] shall henceforth forgo all rights, innate or bestowed by an outside authority, whether holding jurisdiction within the above stated limit of The Literate Spambox Bureaucrat Association's Citation Act of 2007 or not, with concerns to the style of a citation of a thread contained in any forums found on [website] and submit to the desires of The Literate Spambox Bureaucrat Association.

Clause the first: Upon the granting of a Bureacrat grade [reader] will be henceforth referred to as [reader B] for the purpose of aiding in the dis-ambiguity of this legally-binding within the forums of The Literate Spambox guild of www.gaiaonline.com which will be henceforth referred to in this document as [website] in order to aid in the attempt to dispel any ambiguity within this official and legally-binding, within the forums of The Literate Spambox guild of www.gaiaonline.com, document.

Clause the first and one tenth: The Bureaucrat grade of [reader B] will be determined in the following manor: 1. If it is known to The Literate Spambox guild of [website] that no other Bureaucrats exist and that therefore [reader B] is the founder of The Literate Spambox Bureaucrat Association, [reader B] will be awarded the title of Bureaucrat grade: 1. Furthermore throughout the remainder of this document, if [reader B] would be awarded the title of Bureaucrat grade: 1, [reader B] will henceforth be referred to as [Founder] for the purposes of making this document, which will be henceforth known as [Citation Act] in order to facilitate the disambiguation of [Citation act], less ambiguous to [reader]. If [reader B] would not be awarded the title of Bureaucrat grade: 1, the Bureaucrat grade of [reader B] will be determined by the following method: 2. If there exists other Bureaucrats, namely a Bureaucrat currently holding the title of Bureaucrat grade: 1, the Bureaucrat grade of [reader B] will be determined by the number of Bureaucrats already in existence.

Clause the third: [Founder] holds, never has held, and never will hold legal liability for the behaviors, mistakes, and damages caused by any Bureaucrat either living, or dead and either under the jurisdiction of The Literate Spambox guild of [website] or not under said jurisdiction.

Clause the forth: The proper procedure for citing posts from threads contained within [website] whether found in The Literate Spambox guild on [website] are as follow:
( Author's name. "Thread Title." subforum in which the thread is located[if any]. Guild or general forum in which the thread is located. Month, year in which the post was made.){Bureaucrat grade and name of approving Bureaucrat}
All thread citations will be approved by a Bureaucrat holding a Bureaucrat grade of 35 or higher.

Clause the fifth: in order to apply to begin the process of becoming named a Bureaucrat and bestowed with Bureaucrat grade other than Bureaucrat grade: 1, [reader] or [reader B] shall make 1 (one) post in this thread, [Citation Act] expressing interest in becoming a Bureaucrat. [Founder] will reply to each applicant's post with a welcome and their Bureaucrat grade.

Clause the sixth: [Founder] reserves the right to change, amend, and eliminate [Citation Act] at any time.

Furthermore, stamps are only required under the Third Bureaucratic Act. Since this act will not be instated until the year 3000, this document is still valid under Bureaucrat regulations. This document is subject to scrutiny under the First Bureaucratic Act, which is still being drafted by [Founder].
