At this moment, I shall comment about this week's episode of Lucky Star. I find it somehow strange of the reason why Kanata married her lolicon otaku husband. She claimed that there was no other person that loved her that much, and no other person she loved more. If that was true in the real world, we wouldn't see all these divorces, would we? Here in the USA (worst place to live EVAR) we see a marriage and a divorce happen like every day, sometimes by the same people. Celebrity life must be hard, no, considering you're constantly being wed until all your monies are taken away from you.
Lesson learned: Get married before you're rich. Rich already? Hide the fact. surprised

R.I.P. Colbert-sensei. Zero no Tsukaima also had quite an epic episode. Colbert was a captain who was ordered to destroy a village which was said to be diseased. When learning there were no traces of any disease, he immediately saved the lone survivor of the village. To test his true worth as a captain, one of his subordinates tried to attack him. Said subordinate went blind, and wanted revenge. Twenty years later, Colbert decided to research for the good of people, rather than killing. The school he taught at was attacked by the former subordinate, who wanted to beat him once and for all. When it was revealed that Colbert was the captain, the survivor of the village who was fighting the subordinate all of a sudden tried to kill Colbert. Knowing he deserved such a fate, he fought against the subordinate while protecting the one trying to kill him. In the end, the survivor killed the subordinate, and Colbert was in a near death state. Survivor was about to kill Colbert, but he died of injuries. Lesson learned: Colbert looked like Roy Mustang in his past. Mustang Colbert: Awesome Colbert:

Now that it's nearing Fall season, the Negima live action is finally revealed. Each of the characters who looked NOTHING like the character they are acting as get make-up and wigs and other fun stuff. Negi is played by a female, sadly, so this isn't going to be a live action shota drama. It's going to be pure crap made just so Mr. Ken can get a dime or two for allowing the production of such a series.
Lesson learned: Negima is like a middle-aged cow getting milked when its udders are starting to wrinkle and get nasteh.

I've decided to watch yet another romance/comedy series, Seto no Hanayome. From what I've watched, it's about mermaids and canonical gay pairings. The protagonist happens to be a normal Asian person, who we'll say is Tong. His first kiss is from a dark skinned dude with an afro, who we'll call Louie. I find these images strangely appropriate. Lesson learned: "masa" in any part of a name is never good news. Strangely Appropriate Images:

Poke is now officially scared and must eat more. The BMI calculator says I'm 19.4, which is barely above the underweight section. But then again, those things are always BS, since they don't take into account everything. neutral

Today, I went to a ramen shop. The music sounded eerily similar to mihimaru GT. I was really sure of it, then Kibun JouJou played. I was sure then, and I realized they were probably using a CD or something. That's cheap, they need to use variety. surprised

Well, I kinda expected the Bakuretsu Tenshi opening to be on number 1, but well, #0 was obvious too. But hey, at least they had the decency of grouping Cha-la Head-cha-la with the Serial Experiments Lain opening... ¡Olé olé olé, olé olé, olé olá! ¡Olé olé olé, cada día te quiero más! ¡Yo soy de Durem! ¡Es un sentimiento, un sentimiento, que no puedo parar!

Ali Project's songs sound the same. I thought that 27 (48 ) Rozen Maiden OP was the ED for Code Geass. D:
AnimeNewsNetwork failed me? Or I didn't look enough. Rozen Maiden had 2 Ali Project Songs?

Big Brother just ended for the night, so expect to see a somewhat big rant. The first mistake was evicting Jess. Jess shouldn't have been evicted, since Jameka would've probably be the bigger threat in Final 2. After that, d**k somehow won the HOH. If Eric won, the whole thing would've turned around. With the whole veto thing, it was freakin' rigged. With the whole blue ball thing, that was kind of cheap. Eric and Jam could've also teamed up to save either one of them or something. Zach also made the biggest mistake. Had he thought it out, he could've saved either Eric and Jam to force d**k to put up Dani. If both of them obviously choose to evict Dani, d**k would somewhat lose his will to play. Now that the final four is d**k, Dani, Zach, and Jam, it pretty much sucks. Jess and Eric made things interesting, and d**k's boring that he has nobody to mess with other than Jam, which would be a bad move should she get HOH and screw him over. This has to be the worst episode of the season by the resolution, since the interesting stuff is pretty much screwed over. Eric could've done more stuff based on America's choice, and he can also have a few fun tasks as well. They should show Sequester images now, or else this show kind of lost the fun. I wouldn't mind seeing Amber and Dustin doing strange stuff and watch Eric and Jess do more stuff and watch them torture Jen or something. Inspiration is lost. Sad is I quite am. crying

Since nothing much really happened today, I'm kind of disappointed. There's no anime to watch except Seto no Hanayome, which is comedy. Marathoning comedy anime isn't as fun as marathoning something of action, but I'm not in a mech mood (if I ever am) anyways. I need to switch off or something. I'll search into the recently completed stuff or whatever.

Since this is my rant thread and all I guess, I'll bring up one of few things that make me sad. This thing makes me sad: pronouncing neko as "nii-ko". I don't know why that disappoints me so much, but it's like nails in a chalkboard to me for some reason. For one, I've watched many a sub of school related anime and you often here them referring to cats as "neh-ko" which is supposedly the real way to say it according to the rules of the thingy. I'll find more things to disappoint me, but this is one of few.
