This is where Vect works. All problems in the eastern region is discussed here. If any problems are going on or if one needs help with something Vect will either help himself or assign someone fit for the job.

"Work sure does suck, and on such a beautiful day like today." He sat down in his chair and started doing some paper work. " I wonder how that fight is turning out. can't wait till they're done." He then stops and remembers an important detail. "Oh snap! I forgot I promised Nina I would spend today with her. Kana is so going to kill me" He then took ten minutes of thinking then got an idea."I wonder if it'll work. hmm?"

[Earlier, on during the fight at the arena]
"Lets see if this works." Vect bites his thumb until it bled and dropped a few drops into the stream that connect from his office to the main river.

Kanon walks in to the room. He then bows to his master. "I am here and I brought Tsune."

Vect laughed. "Yes well, I need to talk to all people at some point in time. It's just standard procedure. Sign your name on a couple places to join tournaments in the arena and well....other things." Vect strayed off and stood up. We're suppose to be having the girl with us but she's currently at the grand river resting. Seems like you Kanon tired her out. I'm looking forward to seeing your skills Tsune."

"well don't get your hopes up, i'm not one to have good fights" Tsune walks over and signs some of the forms so he can be admitted to the tournament.

"not true, i know where i stand and joinning the tournament is the only way i can see the full extent of what everyone else is capable of." turning his head slightly to look a Kanon. "not only that but i want to see how far i can get without my ki release."

"thats always a good thing." Vect nodded and looked at the flowing stream. "Ki releases do help us all but also weakens us. We trust in the power of our ki and don't rely on our true power." Your a smart one. Well ANyone I will also be fighting each of yall to see your full extenxt so I won't be waiting to see your skills. And in the extent that i'm too busy, I will assign someone to fight you."

"Well I can see he's going to be a handful." He turns to Kanon. "Well looks like you had fun. I don't have any specific orders yet so go enjoy yourself for now." He turns back to his desk. "And also, don't worry about Kana, I'll still train you. You did a good job in the fight."
"Yes sir." Kanon had a huge smile on his face and was heading towards the door until he remembered something. "Sir, when are the tournaments going to start?
Vect looked at him then closed his eyes. "Well I can't really have a tournament with just the three of you can I." He laughed then closed his eyes watching his land from the water.
Kanon nodded and went through the door. ((exit))
