Well, I know...
Sakura-Con 08' isnt until the end of
March of next year, But I'm still wondering,
since I am quite new thank you, who in this guild
will be going....?

I know I'll be with maybe a few of my friends. 3nodding

I'd go, but I don't have any money. And I couldn't get a job because I'm going out-of-state for school...(New York last year, California this year). Even if I apply for just a "summer job", no one will hire me for less than 3 months.

I don't have a car, either. Parents gave my little brother the old car after dad bought the new one. I was out of state when this happened. Christ almighty.

None of my friends even KNOW about Sakura-con, so they can't take me there either.

...I suppose I could sell something. And I suppose I could WALK there...

Its about $35 dollar entrance fee if you register before the convention takes place. Its not that much and walking is good for you! 3nodding

Going goin soooo going!!! I;ve gone to Skauracon the last two years, and next year I plan to cosplay and get a hotel!!! biggrin I'll be will some of my freinds, ans stuff but it would be cool to run into people from here!

Anyone else planning on cospaying?? I was gonna go as Rin from Fruits Basket, I have someone to be Hatsuharu for me ^o^

as Kirie from Fatal Frame.....once I lose some more weight.

I'm going! I'm very excited too. Last year I got to sit right behind the president of Bandai during the dreamcatcher's show. My fiancee was so lucky he got to meet Spike last year. gonk

I'm running the karaoke room again next year so I will definitely be going.

I'm going to Sakura Con 08. ^^ I'm not sure I'll cosplay or not, the idea has been lingering in my head. I might go as Tohru from Fruits Basket. She'd be easy to do since my hair is brown (close to her color too), so I wouldn't need a wig. And I could get a cheap dress at Goodwill or something.

I'm looking forward to it, as I always do. smile

I've been going to Sakura-Con for five years now. I probably won't go anymore. It's gotten increasingly lame over the years. Hosting it at Seattle Convention Center has really killed the vibe.

PAX this year, though, was pretty cool whereas the year before it seemed pretty lukewarm. I hope the trend continues.
