Starting a guild ._.
For all the female medic nins in Naruto Dx
Sakura
Tsunade
Rin
Chiyo
Ino (she knows a little medical jutsu,I count her.)
Shizune
Blaaaah XD

I believe there is already a Naruto guild about the girls. D:
I remember seeing something awhile back, but I don't exactly know if it's till open. It probably is. *shot*
Although female medic nins... generally falls under the same category, I believe... *shoved off a cliff*

I think it would be a cute idea, but before you decide to invest a good 20K into the guild, you might want to go around and actually find out how many people would be interested in joining the guild because:
1) There is already a Naruto guild about girls
2) There are not many medic-nins (that are given that much attention in the series anyway) so the guild may not stay active.
I think you would have better luck targeting a certain popular character or pairing (that you happen to like too).
Maybe an Akatsuki Guild? Or Tobi Guild? Or DeiTobi? Something along the lines that interests you and a good group of people. You can still go with the medic-nin idea, and people would join, but you would be hard-pressed keeping it active.

Well, if you ever decided to make a guild, than I give you good luck! Whatever the guild is about, remember to stick with it! It's hard to start and keep up a guild. T__T
