what world do you come you can pick any Jutsu you want to know does not matter as long as there not forbidden jutsus of a village or bloodline ones

lol first 3 rules of my class
1.respect me, classmates, and surroudnings
2. don't do drugs
3. rule 2. isn't enforced so rule 3 repeals the 2nd rule.
4. encourgment of alchohol, for teachers day, i like sake or scented candles

(random naruto video smile I like this song by my favorite band song-perfect world band simple plan http://youtube.com/watch?v=bE7ROVtQ2rYo.k well the weaknesses of a swordsmen are that their moves are predictable weak without their sword and the strengths are that they are good sneak attackers if they run up on someone silently they can slice them they can slice thtings in half easily

i have my outline rite here:
Weakness:light, mist, haze, low areas
Strength(s):forests,water,fire,lightning,wind,earth, and darkness
Created jutsu: chakra blades, shikiron hellfire blaze, others that Tailz's father tought him that are secret.
manipulabe elements: darkness, fire, water, earth, wind, and lightning
i am not a swordsman though. i am very balanced. i can adapt to many situations.
so am i allowed to join? *hands alcohol*
