1st and foremost: I hope your mom is improving and gets well soon. Don't worry about being behind, life happens and then u...well u know.
2nd: I actually gave this a little thought to try to cut down on the work. Here's how it might be able to simply work:
Invis-mule (does flowers) sends out say 40 flowers a month (10 a week, work with me here) but only chooses 2 noobs from each week (idc how, first two, last two, or eenie, meenie , minnie two) which is a total of 8 names. Sends those to someone with time on hands, like me lol, who then goes to those names one by one, on a randomly chosen day, until hits first person using item. This way it is totally random, like a drawing for a prize, of who is going to be showcased in guild. Saves the current avi to photobucket then adds here in thread so that even if they change their appearence on Gaia later it will still show here. And post could read something like this:
July's Flower - As seen here XYZ is very happy with his/her new donated item, wearing it for all to see. XYZ was the first avi seen using item from the following list: (list of 8 names given)
That way the person giving out stuff doesn't have to remember ALL noobs, just like 8, or worry about needing to go back and find someone because that's someone else's job. If none of those 8 use the stuff then can post here something like:
July's Flower - No1 on following list was seen this week using the donated item. If you happen to be surfing and see one using the item plz contact me ASAP so we can showcase him/her. (list of 8 names given)
That incorporates a little of what the other post talked about by giving some of the names of noobs we have given stuff to but cuts back on the names that people who are giving need to write down/remember.
