That happens to me about once a week. Things I feel are pointless and just happenning over again, the same thing over amd over. Like I've done this thousands of times before.
I may also be because I have a very repetitive schedule.

I once came up with a small hypothises dubed the threads of fate. It's like imagining a huge spider web laid on top of a lake or a body of water that is calm. then when we do something that creates ripples in which in turn force onther in a choice type situation that ends up creating more ripples and so forth and so forth. Now including this is murphys law and chaos theory. So while anything can and will happen the chaos factor would dictate that when two ripples would hit each other..those two ripples dissapear and a new ripple would begin. soyou see the set up right?
so then what we see in dreams and it happening in real life may not be de ja vu...more like we are somehow subconsiously looking at the best possibilities that are likely to happen, eh im no brainiac but it is a pretty good crack at explaining de ja vu.
