Well I have a quick question. I was wondering if anyone else when they change from game to game that they have to stop to update them every time?? For example, pdz and gears and oblivion. You have to update them everytime, does it happen to everyone or is it just me?

I want to say it's the hard drive's fault, but if there's plenty of space on it, and there's nothing wrong with it (no corrupted files or anything), and it's happening to three different games...... I don't know.
Maybe you should just call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and get it over with.

I think I'll have to call support now because now when I try to put a game in it says unplayable game and I know that it's not my games because I've tried cleaning them and usually it would say unreadable no discs work. Is it possible for the laser to come out of place? I mean no error message comes and the ring is still green

If the laser were out of place there would be rings showing hardware problems.

Oh.....yeah strange thing is I don't think it was what they support people thought. My friend online told me a string of different keys that a support person told him. They said I'd have to send my xbox in but strangly after I did what my friend told me my xbox started working again -_-
