Yeah, so I haven't uploaded anything at Gaia in quite a long time. This time sounded pretty good though. These are just some sketches of people that I just made up in my mind and I would really like to know what I can improve on. I'm planning on taking my first actual art class this coming school year and I thought I'd get a head start on criticism and critique. I would really appreciate it. I posted these both in here and in the picture post. But I was hoping I'd get more criticism in here than just spam.

Thank-you!

wow those are good! im happy people still partake in the traditional pencile portrait drawings and such. Did you look off of photographs or did you get them to stand still for a long time?

Actually I didn't do either. I made them up. I just sat down in the middle of a room, looked around at a variety of people and then closed my eyes and created a face. My favorite part was trying to mix the different features to make them unique.

these look pretty good. The noses are especially well done (I always have trouble with realistic noses. ><)
The only thing I see that's consistently off is that you make the lips too small. The edges of the lips should line up with the center of the eyes, typically. 3nodding Other than that, they look pretty good. Well done. ^^
