Nice deck !! But I feel like 3 Compulsory evacuation device are to much, either take them out or change them for other cards (maybe sakuretsu armor)
Add a 'creature swap' spell card, since you got a couple of monsters that could be a +2 advantage; also 'Shrink' is a good card if you got Hydrogeddons.
Just a thought... , but nice deck overall.
