Very few of you probally knew me when I used my Old account MadMonkey1. I used to mod on it and I must say that was the Good ol' Days ^___^.
Now I'm thinking about modding again. I broke my Original Xbox trying to uninstall my Softmods to get a Damn Auto-update for a game(Damn you Battlefront II)
So... Should I purchase a used Original Xbox and mod the hell out of it? (I can make some great H2 mods btw.)
or should I save my money for Xbox 360 stuff? I cant decide!!
....
Or there's the option of restoring my Xbox HDD's C Drive so that is can load a dashboard and work again!
(I need a little help with that lol)

I mean it depends on what you would want to do. My cousin softmods Xbox 360s and it allows him to play burnt games on his xbox and be able to play them online so that would save alot of money. You can't mod Halo anymore which you were probaly talking about -.- (I hated Halo 2 modders, Had a 47 legit and I would laugh at modders trying to get to a 35). So I dont really know what would be fun to mod for original Xbox. I mean honestly I don't support moding games but what my cousin does I think thats pretty cool. And no I do not have one of these because if I did I would no longer be able to play on XBL cause theres a catch to modding to play burnt games.

I'd just say do whatever you have fun doing. Used Xboxes aren't that expensive, but 360 is very fun as well.

i modded my ol xbox with the hole x chip thing, that was fun, those where the good ol days when you could do what ever you wanted... halo was the prime target for me tho.... but I'm now into case modding because Microsoft decided to make the 360 like a desktop you can do all sorts of case mods.im getting water cooling led's and every thing, and if any part brakes you can buy a new part for it.
