Veggie Squares
2 pkgs crescent rolls 1 cup mayo 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese softened
1/2 env. of Ranch Dressing mix 1/2 bunch broccoli, finely cut 1/2 head cauliflower, finely cut 1/2 green pepper (or mixed peppers), minced 1 large carrot, shredded 1 (8 oz.) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
(You can also add diced tomatoes, green onions, and whatever other veggies you like.)
Separate roll dough into rectangles. Place in ungreased 5-10 jelly roll pan or a cookie sheet. Press dough over bottom of pan, sealing to make a solid sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 min. Cool. (If too puffy, pierce with fork while hot)
Mix mayo, cream cheese and dressing mix by hand. Spread evenly over cool crust. Mix veggies and mozzerella cheese and sprinkle mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Cut into squares. Refrigerate leftovers.
YAY! My first recipe post! Personally, I'm HOOKED on this recipe. smile Wish mom made it more. ^.^
