For your e-hero deck, your major flaw is that you're trying to fuse into too many fusion monsters . . . I know that any two E-hero cards probably have a fusion together but I'd concentrate on just the most powerful E-hero fusions you have. Also, since this is a fusion deck I'd think that a fusion gate or two, another poly, uhh...whatever that E-hero fusion card is would suffice in your deck, because your deck is built basically around those few cards. You should also add more trap cards that will help keep your monsters on your side of the field alive.
You're trying to do too much at once from what I can tell in your deck @_@;

You're trying to do too much at once from what I can tell in your deck @_@; any traps you recommend? Well just the basic staples to help keep your side of the field alive, or your opponent from getting to your life points. Mirror Force, Ring of Destruction, Magic Cylinder. Hero Signal might be nice to get a certain hero monster from your deck to your field for a fusion too.

*Lose the NeoSpacians, and add another Burstinatrix, Avian and Sparkman.
No Exchange, Fake Hero, NeoSpace, Common Soul, 1 Neos , Chrysalis Dolphin.
Add H-Heated Heart, Poly, Sakuretsu Armor,
My best suggestions (trust me, my friend Runs E-Heroes too!)
