i like the bone one it's cool. the first one, i think you should fill out the bottom lip more and shade the top one more... make the lips more shaped. & the nose too shade it a little more, maybe define the right nostril and right eye.

the eyelashes on the lenscrafters are cool. she's bald behind her ear but you got a nice sharp contrast between jaw and neck. i think you can do more to the shoulder/torso/neck area tho. glasses are really detailed i like them.
