••• I got sick of my lack of iron, makes it very hard to attmept pleats, so today I'm going to go buy one. Does anyone have any tips of buying an iron mostly for this type of function? I dont need nything fancy, but it must be able to set a pleat, if possible, and ive never done that before so i dont know what it requires @_@

Also, does anyone have a picture of a buttonholing foot for a sewing machine? I've been goggling for days, and i cant find any of spefiically the foot, to see if what i have, is one. •••

I actually don't know much about what's available, since I use the iron my mom bought for our family, but I would have looked up the info in one of the THREADS magazines I own, since they ran an article on the subject. I suppose when I go to buy an iron, I'll need to look through it.

The more holes on the bottom of a iron, the better (it lets out more steam), but less expensive ones might not have as many. Make sure the holes around around the point though, no need to let your pretty fabric burn! 3nodding
