I stumbled across a downloadable version of the CD on a google search.
Simply enter http://www.9channel.com/music/singlezhuanji.asp?id=608 into your browser and click the first of the two texts at the top right of the screen. Register, then go back to the above URL, hit refresh or whatever and look at the links where the tracks are. Click the first one and it should open in your media player.
Simply check the properties, copy the URL... and wham, it's easy pickings from there. biggrin
As a personal insert, I must admit that I LOVED the tracks. :3
Also, for those wondering what the hell this is... it's the third battle music from Kamen Rider Blade. ^^

At the top of the screen is a button that says 'Go', click the text next to that to be taken to a registration form. On that page, scroll to the bottom and wait for the long bar to change into a clickable small bar. [Probably just some kind of ToS agreement, who knows? XD]
After that, the form appeared to be as follows:
Username:
Password:
Password [again]:
E-mail:
Number in the Box:
You can leave the bottom box empty... well, I did anyway. XD
Hit the button at the bottom of the page and you should be transported to what appears to be a forum-esque layout. Return to the "Take it a Try" window and hit refresh.
The red text where the song listings are, the URL should have changed from a login redirect. Click it and the song opens in whatever your default media player is. Grab the URL from the properties... and wham, go about downloading the individual file. ^^
They're not very big files, something like 2mb or so each.
