Ok this is a battle between the two space monarchies. State which side you think would win, the Shi'ar from the Marvel Universe or the Jurai from the Tenchi Universe. Niether side can use allies. Just use wikipedia for info.

Tenchi Universe Jurai are weak and pathetic.
Tenchi OVA Jurai are a multiversal power.

In that case, they win easily.
The Shi'ar control one galaxy, whereas the Jurai control a majority of the entire universe. Even their weakest ships, such as the Chobimaru, are capable of destroying planets with one shot from the other end of the solar system. Third, second, and first generation ships can create Light Hawk Wings, which nullify all enemy attack and defense by multiplying it by 0, from any dimension, time vector, or nature of an attack. Their ships have the ability to actually move galaxies, the interiors are completely different dimensions, in fact they employ limiters on their ships to prevent them from blowing planets away in one shot.
And if you bring Tsunami, Washu, or Tenchi into it it's even more unfair.

A human can Create computers, Buildings, Bombs, fall in love, ext.. But that is nothing... A vires can kill a human. Yet A vires cant build buildings or create computers, or fall in love.
So in the end, what they have created is not the end all of the topic. Its how they can use that power to bump of the other is it not.

How does that change the fact that the Jurai have superior defense, firepower, holdings, industrial capacity, and mobility?
