Sort of creepy in a sketchy wonderful sort of way.
I think the fact that I'm afraid of clowns doesn't help....
But really good! I like the surreal style! It's great that you look at it for a second and are thinking 'what the hell is that?" then you look at it again and realize 'oh! well duh! It's a clown with a baby...'
Very nice ^_~

Wow, strange.
It reminds me of that creeepy guy in Pan's Labyrinth. I just saw it last night.
The colours are quite nice, but I think you could even bring them up a notch and make them even more vibrant. biggrin

i love clown art. it's my favorite subject.
you got funky proportions, i like the stick arms w/ the fat body. try to balance them out by fattening the forearm or hands, or thinning out the body a little. the right shoulder isn't parallel to the left one. do you sketch out the "skeleton"/basic outlines before you start? EDIT: ive looked at the rest of your gallery and i take it back. proportions are unbalanced in this picture because of the cutoff, i guess if the rest of the body was shown it'd look hot.
the balloons are behaving odd like they're blowing in the wind yet they are stuck together, and it looks like the wind is going two separate ways- the strings are curving one way while the balloons are in another direction.
so either you could make stronger wind [straighten balloon strings and draw them at a stronger angle to the ground] or make the balloons look less heavy [shortening and straightening the strings, make the balloons more right-side-up, and separating them a little.]
the face is excellent. you got all those colors in there and it doesnt look jambalaya, i like how the gums look like they got gangrene or something. i really like the face and i might buy it if it was for sale as an art piece. i don't think the coloration of it ties in with the rest of the piece's coloration tho.
the background is really cool and as for subject matter, it's perfect.
