I should have clarified my first post. I've had a digital camera for years. this is my 3rd. Our first got peed on by our Kikyo when she was in heat about a year after we got it. The 2nd one just died on our honeymoon this past September. I've been without a reliable camera since then. Just the crappy pics my cell phone could take.

This phone has all the bells and whistles. It's a 7MP with 3x optical and 12x digital zoom. You can actually edit the picture ON THE CAMERA before you hook it up to your puter to upload it. It also comes with a plastic tray that allows you to dock it to a Kodak easy share printer for puterless picture printing. And the screen is a 2.5" LCD display which is about twice the size of our old camera.

I've already burned out the regular aa alkaline batteries that came with it. I have rechargables that came with our old camera but I can't seem to find the charger sad

Once I do tho....watch out for those pics hehehehe

they seriously might as well not bother supplying those free alkaline ones i think! bit of a token gesture really.
you can do some fancy things with yours Jaz! sounds great fun, if i want any printing i can email them to my Mum and she'll do it at her workplace cool
that big LCD screen is good isn't it whee i LOVE my new toy, but i think what i like best about mine is that it's so small and sexy looking blaugh

We've also gone through 3 digital cameras, and I think two of them both broke from the heat, humidity, and possibly sand of Carolina Beach. Our first one broke within the warranty time and the heat/humidity issue was a known problem and kodak replaced it for free with their newest model xd After the second one's little turny-button got stuck with sand under it, we bought the same camera refurbished. All our cameras have come with their own nifty batteries (at least 2 of them) and we can recharge them either by plugging the camera into the wall or sticking a battery in a cute little recharger, and they last a good long time too. I don't think I'd be happy at all with alkaline batteries, rechargeable or not!

i shall be interested to see how long the rechargable batteries last, though i doubt that i'll be using to camera for any prolonged lengths of time.

Oh my, I do! When I was in Tennessee that week with Jason's family after the beach and Jason had driven back to NM to work, he said take a lot of pictures, so boy did I! I stood out by the creek and just snapped, snapped, snapped! You could probably run them all in fast forward and get a whole movie of the kids in the creek! whee
