has it ever snowed in Florida?
Not that I've personally seen (not counting the artificial stuff they sometimes do down here; I'm still figuring out *how* 'cuz they somehow manage to do it outside!
eek ), but I've heard a story or two. Looking online, I found a reference to one or two light snowfalls but nothing major. Northern Florida (panhandle, etc.) may be more likely to get the occassional snow than here (mid-Florida). Of course, there was some good-sized hail bouncing off our front yard a couple months ago! - does that count?

i've seen photographs of snow covered beaches and they look so strange! i think that is something to put on my list of things to do before i die, walk on a snow covered beach
