Chip sighed, he wanted to just let her go but yet he couldn't and he didn't know why.
"I dont know, she is using me too... Im sorry." He let his wander along the ground. He was upset about her being sad but yet at the same time he couldn't make her happy.
He looked up at the sky and then around.
"There seems to be a den over there, we can rest there if you want." It was a suggestion but it was also a place where Squi would refuse to go. She didn't like to be underground.

Den?
Sharing a den with...him? Her eyes widened as she began shaking again. She hadn't shared a den in her whole life. She lived under bushes, and in tree trunks, but never in little caves. And the fact sharing a den with someone who could be assumed a 'wolf' napper just made more images appear in her mind. "Male wolf can rest in den. Kin can go rest in her tree!" She said nodding confidently inbetween her shaking.

He sighed and shook his head, "You sleep in the den. It will be warmer." He spoke a little stronger then he had done. He wasn't about to let a female sleep in the cold while he was in the warmth.
The reached the den and he just looked at her, "Go on, sleep well."

At his much stronger, and forcefulness, voice, the female lowered herself to the ground again. Not wanting to look the male in the eyes, she put her nose to the ground, only lifting herself slightly to 'crawl' into the cave. She didn't want to sleep in there, let alone, sleep in there with someone who made her leave her home! She sighed, creeping past Chip, and to an edge.
Perhaps at night she could get away from the male? Leave, and head to the river so her scent would be washed away. From tehre, find a new home! Away from this wolf and his crazed squirrel!

Chip laid down outside the cave once he knew she was inside, he didn't sleep, instead he let his mind wander, thinking about tapping into her mind because then even if she did try to sneak off, he would know.

When the moon was high in the sky, the female would move to escape. The cave wasn't too bad. More like the isnide of the tree trunk, except roomier. Her coppery eyes set on the figure still outside the cave, and sighed. Why couldn't he just leave her alone!? The female moved her head to the ground, curling up slightly.
-timeskip-
And so, hours had passed. The seer to be must have been sleeping by now! Seeing as Kin had dozed off quite a bit of times. Silently, she lifted herself, mindful of her shifting and cracking bones, and moved towards the entrance. An ear flicked towards the male, wanting a way to avoid him. He just had to block the area, didn't he?

Chip had also been dozing, more to keep an eye on the annoying squirel then the female so when he heard a little movement, he listened carefully. First he reached to the mind of the squirrel who was sleeping deeply, he gave the squirrel one of his own thoughts, the image of his birth place.
He left the squirrels mind and waited for her to come out. If she was escaping, he was too.

When she moved passed him, the female noted the males opened slightly. Was he awake? She'd better make this fast! Without a moment to lose, the female dashed from teh cave, past Chip, and onward into the forest. Granted her pace wasn't as fast as she would like it to be, but she'd be safe to know that she got away. She looked over her shoulder, to see if he was following, and up to the treetops for the squirrel fiend. Nothing...yet.

He watched her go and followed slowly, it wasn't hard to know where she was going as her scent led him all the way to her. He went slowly at first but soon caught up with her.
He wasn't in the mood for talking but at the same time he was tired so with as little effort as possible he pushed into her mind.
Stop. While I am in here you can't hide so just stop.
He didn't have a clue if that were true but he decided it was for now if only to get her to stop.

"Why can't you just leave me alone!" Kin cried out as the small headache returned, and the voice penetrated her mind. When he had left, the copper female stopped, flopping on the ground, her chest heaving from running. She didn't want to stay here, but the words of the other made her believe it was true. She was gullible. Sighing, the female closed her eyes. "What do you want from me?" The female asked.

Chip looked at her, showing himself how he truely was, alone and lost and confused.
"Please I only want you to help me escape. I need to find my mother, thats all I have ever needed but Squi.. she.. she.." He sighed realising how stupid it sounded. If she knew of his family and his history then maybe it would be more obvious that squirrels becomming overpowering of wolves wasn't unusual in his family.
He looked helpless and he knew it. He didn't care though he was lost and he was helpless after all he had a squirrel controlling him.
"Please help me. I'm Sorry."
He had left her mind to say all of this in hope that she would say yes and help him, that is all he wanted.
