Okay so my names Dreamie or Glowy for those who don't know me, and this story is really ROUGH and sort of boring. I'll probley make a lot in this thread and then strike through them and start over xD; This is basically my friends characters that we made together, and their like grown up sort of. There may be some mention of non-human creatures, I'll just see how it works out. Anyway, this is basically for my friend Addiction, but I would like more people's views. And yes, I know that my spelling is WAY under par, but um love me anyway? xD

When you build up expetions for things, it is said that your dissapointed most of the time. Because when you think about how perfect it could be, or compare it to how it is for someone else then when it happens to you, it doesn't seem as life changing as you once thought. Serena Mathesis was thinking along these same lines as she sat out on the edge of her balcony. The twenty two year old was propped up on railing and her eyes were scanning over the sunrise of Tokyo. Serena's boyfriend, a twenty four year old by the name of John was still fast asleep in her bedroom. She withdrew another large puff of smoke from her mouth as she glanced down at the cigratte in her hands. As she thought about what people would say of her from when they knew her as a teenager to now, she cringed. Still though, her ex-best friend came to mind, she could still picture her clearly in her mind, smoking a cigratte as if she had done it a thosand times, but Serena had always knocked it out of her hands. Serena even used to hate the smell, she had been addicted to bubble gum when she was 16, she even died her hair bright, bubble gum pink. She had followed suite after her best friend of course who had died her hair snow white, sometimes with streaks of different colors going through it.
However things since then had changed, Serena's hair was back to a more natural brown color, though she had always left a tinge of pink towards the back. She glanced down at her cell phone as she took another breath of her replacement habit for bubble gum. She was crazy...It wouldn't work. Would it? It had been four years since the last time she had talked to her but...still. She put out her cigratte as her hands shaked lightly reaching for the pink and black cell phone. She flipped it open as she stared hard into the keypad of numbers and finally settled on something. As soon as she put in the number she jumped back onto the ground of her balcony, heart racing when she heard a voice. "Addiction?".
Adalira Veneer flipped back a strand of her hair behind her ear as she glanced around a bit worriedly. Her mind was spinning and so was her body, she just couldn't seem to sit still for very long at all. The room she was in was clouded with smoke, and she wasn't even sure what kind it was. It could be a fire, it may have been a cigratte or two or just the usually kind of drugs, maybe some insence? The twenty three year old couldn't take the lack of air and she finally walked outside of her shared apartment. She wasn't sure what time it was, but she knew it was nightime and she sat down on the pavement of the ground. It felt nice and cool outside, the rain was falling down again, something typical in the area she was at in California. She then glanced down over on the grass and stood up walking over to it and then collasping into its plush feeling. She closed her eyes, wishing of things, wondering about how she ended up here exactly. She glanced over at her phone when it started to ring and blinked, the only person that ever called her was her mother, Elena, but she hadn't talked to her in over a month. Slowly she sat up and flipped open the old phone as she placed it to her ear, the second she heard her nickname her eyes widened. "Rini?".
