How good do you think the army people would look if the uniforms they have on right now were red? I think they would look okay but not as good as if they are blue.

but think about it. it does look funny but its only becasue your so used to seeing it. if they always wore green camo instead of blue, then we'd be here talking about how blue would look funny. But if they go to war blue is not really conspicuous.

Well the series is set in a early 1900's like society like any good steampunk series. And the clear showing of the technology like the bolt action rifles and the styles of the trucks and cars also betrays that. So if you think about it in history it wasn't really untill after the Boer War that any major army took up any type of camoflauge to remain hidden. I mean s**t... The French didn't even get rid of their blue uniforms until WWII and they wore them up and through all of WWI. But then again the French have alway been more focused on tradition than military practicality... sweatdrop
