Yeah...
は can be pronounced "wa," "ha," or "a" and written as any of those (but usually not "a") when translated to romaaji. Whoever put the titles into romaaji just decided to just use "ha." Confusing, but correct.

I got what he's saying 100%... seeing as it's my native language.
But yeah, the Japanese word order and grammar structure can be incredibly confusing at times.

I don't even think I'd bother with learning Japanese... as far as I go with non-Romance languages (which I love sometimes) are Scandinavian, Germanic, Baltic, and Middle Eastern tongues...
Besides, this whole "written like this but pronounced like this" reminds me of French, and I really am starting to dislike that language.
But yeah, story behind this song, some guy wrote a suicide note as a fan-letter to Kyo, and apparently Kyo didn't take it seriously or something, and when they found out that the guy had offed himself, Kyo was shaken and now refuses to read fan-mail.
That's the story I heard- it was word-of-mouth via Internet, so don't take it to heart.
