It had been a good day, a bit of a cooler day for the Savannah, but definitally a good day. Maybe even a better day if he finally found some form of life besides the usual hunt, the little cheetah mused as he walked through the brief plantlife that littered the corners of the Savannah's horizon, bright green eyes scanning whatever could be in the same area as he was.
One half of him hoped that he would someday soon stumble across someone or something that resembled him even the slightest - be it another cheetah, maybe a rogue lion or even - may the heavens forbid - a pack of wild dogs, just as long as they held intellegents or even the ability to hold even the shortest conversations just so that he knew he had been wandering in the right direction. Whereever that my have been.
In all honesty, he could just use a rest, he mused once more, as he found a good size patch of plantlife and laid under it, blessing the shadows that cast down from the tops, onto his little hot pelt.

Tiier'lia made her way slowly through the small plantlife, weary of the sun beating down upon her, and glad that the air was cool and crisp. She was new to this area, being from a distant place, and thus she knew no one. She kind of preferred that things stayed this way, but at the same time, she was lonely. She hadn't much friends, or even family, back from where she came, and things were- At that moment, Tiier stumbled over a small lump on the ground, and promptly fell over with a small screech.

Low and behold, the little lump that had just been trampled over gave it's own yalp in surprise as it skittered a few inches away, bright green eyes wide spooked, as if something jumped up behind him and went OOgabooga. Well it wasn't exactly like that, but it had the same effect on him.
Looking at the culpret curiously, the little black ball of fluff slowly skittered close to the white female, the one that had made such a terrible sound, ears laid back and eyes still at large, hoping that it wasn't something that could eat him. "H.. hello? Have you eaten recently?"

Tiier picked herself off of the ground with a grunt, and cocked her head to the side looking at the small cheetah.
Eaten? Ummm, I ate earlier, I suppose. Why?
She was slightly confused. This was the first other living thing that she had met since she'd arrived here, and he was very interesting to behold. Such bright, green eyes!

Blinking said bright green eyes, the little black fuzzball breathed a small sigh of relief as he assumed that she wasn't any form of threat to his wellbeing. Sitting where he had just stood, he curled his tail around his forepaws and regarded the femme once more, tilting his head.
"I - .. I was just a bit worried that you were trying to take me away to eat me or something - I do not get ranover very often, of course. I do not know this area very well - so.. I'm somewhat skittish." he admited, grinning a bit embarrassedly as he looked at the ground.
