The Sand Village I think is not accepting people, doesnt want me in their village, and/or haven't gotten around to add me...If there is someone who is close friends with the Kage of the Sand Village can u tell him if he wants me in or not??? please...I want to get my ninja training done and do some missions...and another questiong...do i even have to be in a village can i just wander around village to village collecting different techniques???

About collecting, no... no village would want to accept a straggly missing-academy student... heh.
Stick with one village... if you decide to go missing-nin to wander do it when you're stronger, or try to get permission from a kage... what did Sasori say? About you and Sand Village.
