recca is a young boy, who is obsessed with ninjas and who can control 8 fire dragons that live in his arm.
each dragon has its own ability and have minds of they're own. ---
his dragons can,
--create a dragon blade that can cut through nearly anything,
--shoot fire balls,
--enhance his strength (coils around his fist for a stronger punch)
--burn anything to ashes
--create fire Illusions
--shoot a fire beam
--transforms dead souls into fuel for his flame

weaknesses--
--he is a 15 year old boy and lacks experince
--the dragons can choose to obey him or not, costing him either time or a battle

strengths
--a fire and ice hybrid demon
--resitance to extreme temperatures cold, ice based attacks
--He possesses a third eye in the middle of his forehead which amplifies his power and enables him to summon the fires of his homeland
--hypnokinetic (especially on humans), telepathic, and remote viewing powers. He hides it behind a bandana, revealing it only when he needs to use it.
--master swordsman
--lightning fast, able to move at speeds faster than the human eye, sometimes even faster than most demon's eyes
--He is a master of the Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryu, black dragons which he tamed and summons from the Demon Realm for his use through the tattoo on his right arm
--Class D+ demon

weakness
--if he over uses his powers he does get extreamly tired
(thats all i can muster as far as weaknesses for this guy)
