Name: Adriana [ah-dree-an-na]
Origin: Spanish origin meaning dark, rich.
Gender: Female
Age: Lone

Likes: hunting for food, running, observing.
Dislikes: having others control her, being tied down to another, feeling helpless.

History: Adriana had always felt different. Even when she was a small pup. It seemed that no matter what she did she always felt somewhat out of place. Like something was wrong with her. But, she just couldn't put her paw on it. Oh she fit in well with the others of course. She was friendly and outgoing, though occassionally she had a temper that flared up. But for the most part everything went along without a hitch up until her teen years. During that time she began to get noticed by males, some her age some adults.

Of course Adriana was a very beautiful wolf indeed but the personality she gave off, one of confidence, had a special allure to the packet as well. One wolf in particular took interest and by the time she reached adulthood he had already 'claimed' her as his own. He even went as far as to prove this by getting her a strange ringed bracelet 'thing' he had found when out hunting one day. She had refused and the too argued. So to worm her way out of a very messy situation she began to wear it.

And then he went and became Alpha. So now she REALLY had no choice. She began his mate, and she hated it. He had his way with her at his whim and she felt like nothing more then chattel. And even despite all this there was still that nagging sensation in her head that she felt out of place. That this traditional role was definately not for her. So one day when her mate once more tried to take what he thought was already his, Adriana fought back.

She left him with various scars and he, thankfully, only kicked her out of the pack, not bothering to kill or seriously injur her. She was then left to wonder the lands, still searching for a place where she belonged. With only the bracelet as a reminder for everything that was wrong with her life.

Personality: Adriana is not afraid to stand up for herself or to speak her mind. Because of this she finds herself into confrontations more often then not. Though if all is going okay, and she is getting her way or doing fine, then she takes to being friendly and outgoing, sometimes even a little flirteous.
