First bit: You have her hairline starting too far back. You have all sorts of lovely strands coming from the back of her head, but none from her forehead.
The eyes seem a little bit close set, and if we're looking at the head from straight on, there's a bit too much space between the left (our right) eye and the side of the face.
And, her pants look like they're supposed to be tight, but at the very top they look a little too tight. Maybe just make the rim look thicker and add a couple of wrinkles to the side where she's bending?
I'm not the best at this, so I'm sure there are more helpful tips that I'm just not seeing, but luckily there are tons of people ready and willing to give more in depth critiques. heart
I absolutely adore that bag of hers. : D I'm tempted to go out and buy one like it right now.
