Ok it's a fight between the Rand from the Wheel of Time series vs. Alucard. First one to kill or permanently destroy the other wins, Rand does not have any booster items, and Alucard has already been released.

Attacks: Rand uses the one ture power and weaves flows of different elements in order to creae power attacks. He is the reincarnation of one of the most powerful masters of this art ever, and sometimes when under stress memories from his past life come back to him and allow him to use techniques he formerly knew.
Teleportation: Uses the power to create holes in the air he can jump through to teleport to any other spot.
Shields: Is able to create shields of air and other elements that can resist highly powerful atacks made from energy and regular objects.
DeathGates: Creates a series of portals that rapidly open and close to mow through opponents, The edges of the portals are cuts in reality and are able to cut through any object, any item that falls through the portal is immediately teleported to the center of the earth.
Exploding earth: Using the power of the earth and fire to cause the earth to exlode beneath an opponent
Balefire: The most powerful of Rand's techniques, it creates a bar of pure white fire, the size of which depends on how much energy is inputted that burns any object struck out of the fabric of existence.
