Ok the batttle is between these two weapons of mass destruction. Knives is considered to be in his merged form with the other plants.

From what I have seen of them both, I would say Knives.
However I am not that far into Saikano.
If she can do more than destroy a city, let me know, because only that won't cut it against Knives.
