So when my friends and I started playing cards, we had this aggreement. We all wanted specific cards, that we saw on the show, so we worked out a list of cards that we could all get. At first, the rules were that no one could use the cards off of the others list, and if they got the cards, they had to trade them. Later on, the rules became that if you got the card, you had to give it to them

While this seems like an interesting idea, I was really the sucker to it. No one else got my cards, and I ended up getting all of their cards...So i gave away like 4 DMG's, a Magic Cylindar, Vampire Lord; All secret rare. There were other cards too that weren't as rare. I ended up getting pity cards though n_n;

So, have any aggreements like this with your friends? How do you and your friends play cards? What do you think of the interesting little thingy up there XD

This actually made me a better player. because it taught me to not rely on powerful cards to win the game...seeing as most of the power cards were on someone elses list. I learned to be resourceful with what I had, and to use strategy 3nodding

That system seems like a system me and a couple of my friends used to do a while ago, it really helped each other look for cards that the other person needed and it worked out pretty well for all of us. The only thing about it sometimes was when one person would get a really good/powerful/rare card and another person needed it, and the card would end up being traded to strangers or greedily kept by the person who obtained the card first.

But nonetheless, this system helped us into making different card strategies and thinking of different deck types to use. These decks are really fun now that we all play the advanced format; all of our decks contain different cards which works out for our deck themes and new strategies are used which helps challenge oneself in how to defeat it 3nodding .

That sucks, its beginning to find friends of mine these days that will play too. I know that we all are working and everything, but when we are on our days off...they just seem to do other things. And when they want to duel, i'm either too busy or i'm not in the mood (<--when i go through ten rounds of duels and when the match becomes obvious).

So my alternatives are going to local tournaments at the malls I live by. I remember nowadays not to carry all of my rarest cards with me though when I got to them, because the last time I did that, I've gotten these cards stolen from me:

-Ring of Destruction (Secret Rare)
-Imperial Order (Secret Rare)
-Red-Eyes Black Dragon (BPT Secret Rare)
-Mirror Force (Ultra Rare, but luckily i've gotten it back from the guy who tried to steal it from me. stare Damn Rare Hunter)
-Raigeki (Super Rare. I had four of them, now I have three.)
