alright! well, pic you can atleast tell it's Roxas right off the start so nice work on outfit and coloring.

Something that stick out are first his hands. His left hand looks more preportional and accurate then his right...which looks very flat and off. Also, upperbody area (shoulders and chest mainly) look a bit unpreportionate.

Head looks pretty nice, it can be liable to say that's style.. And uh...it looks like hair is a bit off, since it looks like it's near veritcle, when it should be a lot more curved

Overall it looks alright. A couple of things here and there, and it could look really nice. Advice would be look up tutorials on just how to draw a body (or just try using stick figures to start off....helps me out so much), also tutorial on wrist and arm and lastly tutorial on hair.

I think it's pretty good, except for that the body looks a bit stiff

Unless he's posing, his fingers should be slightly curled and his arms should be more relaxed

Relax your entire arm as if you were randomly standing and you will see that your arm rests right next to your body, and your fingers curve naturally almost into a "u"

The head is nice, though, and the clothing is good, too

And also, when drawing realistically, you should be able to fit another head on each shoulder, so the shoulders should go out from the neck another head's width each.

Of course, this is anime, so it isn't quite as important, but the shoulders still need widening.

Also, the neck is a bit too thin; the neck should start around an inch below the ears and line up almost with the width of the head; it's a lot thicker than people tend to think.
