Yes, that's right. Last night at work, I made a $5 bonus because I had 5 sales. I'm going to do the same thing again tonight. Now that I know the tricks of who to push for sales, it's getting a lot easier for me to persuade people to buy subscriptions. For a college job, telemarketing really is not that bad at all. ^_^

I still remember the first job I ever had. I worked as a cashier in a supermarket, and I started when I was 16. I kept that job throughout high school and since then have pretty much had a different job ever summer... at least I know that I can come back to this telemarketing thing whenever I'm home on breaks from school. ^_^

That's awesome! Congrats again Blossom.
My first job was when I was 15. I worked in a bagle store as a bum.
My second job was when I was 16 as a cashier and later a supervisor or "Front end" in a supermarket
My third job was a tour guide
My fourth job I will not speak of
my fith job was at quiznos
my sixth job is how I met Blossom.

My first job was working in a dry cleaners in the summer with a couple of old women who treated me as though I were really stupid. They never believed me when I added things in my head and they had to use a calculator. Anyway, handling people's hot, woolen, smelly clothes in the summer is gross (and the place had no a/c).
My other jobs were not as gross, but equally dull. cry

Wow. That's a bad job. Perhaps worse than mine. when I worked at the bagle store I would wash dishes sometimes and they wouldn't give me gloves, so my hands absorbed the chream cheese/water mixture and I could feel the vegetables from the vegetable cream cheese floating in the water. That's not even the most disgusting thing about that job!

I want a job so bad.
Aaah, you're a telemarketer! D;
Now whenever a telemarketer calls, I can't be completely evil in case it's you! But have you had any people do really funny things to you? I think that'd be a neat job.

I highly doubt I'd be calling you, Doomie. Be as evil as you want to be. I sell subscriptions to my local newspaper, and being that we live in different states, there's no way I'd ever call you.
But today, I got to talk to my next door neighbor. It was weird because all of our phone numbers are dialed at random. xd
