And it's called Yoshinaga-san chi no Gargoyle, and it's random. VERY random.
It's about a family that gets a Rock in a weird lottery, and that rock (which resembles a Winged Dog) and the rock calls himself the Yoshinaga Family's bodyguard/keeper. And it talks, even to animals. And it's random. Random.
