I have to say that if you let Inuyasha use the Tetsaiga then he wil win, but if it's only him with the demon powers then Inuyasha has a chance of winning since he is probably faster and since he is so bloodthirsty then he will immediately rip off Naruto's head, I think NAruto will be daed before Naruto can go fox. If Naruto is already fox then Inuyasha is screwed.

Darkphoenix DasUberGuy When has Inuyasha ever moved so fast he only appeared as a blur? IN the human world wen he was bringing the little jail bate girl her food.. Evryone that saw him only saw a red blurr he was moven so fast.
1. inuyasha can not control himself in his full demon form, naruto can( until level 4)
2. narutos demon form has 9 levels, he hasn't reached all of them yet but hes gotten to 4 and thats more then enough
3. naruto can move so fast u cant see him proof ep 133 , the only reason sasuke could stop him is because sasuke got level 3 sharingon but inuyasha doesnt have the sharingon plus he cant control himself
that should be enough proof

i say inuyahsa
he can kill 100 demons in one swipe of his sword, one fox demon in a kid wont be too hard, plus inuyasha has much more years fighting than naruto and might win just because he has a team of fighters when naruto just has himself most of the time

demona66 i say inuyahsa he can kill 100 demons in one swipe of his sword, one fox demon in a kid wont be too hard, plus inuyasha has much more years fighting than naruto and might win just because he has a team of fighters when naruto just has himself most of the time No teams... wtf? Why not give Naruto all of Konoha if you're gonna let Inuyasha have a team?
