Quote: now...I have to take birth control to regulate my periods. If I don't take birth control pills I will and have gone up to a year and a half without having a period which is why I had to go on birth control in the first place. I don't understand why it would be wrong to take birth control for this reason. And understand that I don't go out and have sex just because I have birth control, so I don't see why it is such a 'bad' thing. its not wrong if you are taking it to regulate your period. on the other hand, if you were taking the pills because you were having sex, then it would be wrong and a waste of money cuz there's a natural kind of birth control that's free for everyone (abstinence) Quote: Also, while I'm looking at this quote, why would women priests be wrong to accept? What is wrong with a female priest? I don't understand that because I have never heard anywhere that to be a minister or priest you have to have a p***s. So, could someone please explain that to me? it's wrong to some people because she gives life to the infant that comes out of her womb stare really though, when you find the answer, let me know, cuz i'm curious too

morsusmihi While reading through the Why Homosexuality (and Bi-sexuality) is Immoral and Wrong thread I saw in one of the paragraphs I saw this Quote: As you can see Jesus teaching regarding such matters as divorce, women priests, abortion, homosexuality, pre-marital sex and birth control are of one piece. Once a person accepts any one of those practices, they soon wind up buying the whole package. now...I have to take birth control to regulate my periods. It's an old church rule, (hte male minister thing) i think it comes form somewhere along the lines of "men are superior to womne but preists are superior to men. So there fore no woman can be a priestess becasue she will in turn have gone beyond her station and no man is to be beneath a woman" or some such shauvenistic crap as that.
