This is sure to please everyone. Even my husband who isn't fond of spaghetti loves this stuff.
You will need:
1 lb. of ground beef (or other meat) 1/2 small green pepper, diced 1/2 small red pepper, diced 1 small onion, diced 1 can of stewed tomatoes 1 can of tomato sauce 1 can of tomato paste 1 package of parmesan stuffed tortellini Cavender's Greek Seasoning
1.Cook the ground meat with Cavendar's Greek Seasoning, drain fat. 2. Add diced vegetables, add seasoning and cook for five minutes. 3. Drain stewed tomatoes in a bowl. Set juice aside for later. Add stewed tomatoes; add seasoning and cook for ten minutes on low heat, stirring mixture occasionally. 4. After adding the stewed tomatoes boil water in seperate pan and follow instructions for tortellini. 5. After five minutes add juice, sauce, paste and seasoning. Cook on low, stirring occasionally, until tortellini is done. 6. When tortellini is finished, drain it, then add it to sauce mixture. Mix and serve.
Servings: 4- 2 cup servings.
For a vegetarian version, leave out the meat and add spinach tortellini.

When I was in the 5th grade, we practically lived on Boxed Mac-n-Cheese.. cuz it was cheap and my folks were poor. In 6th grade, we had spaghetti almost every night cuz it's the only thing my sister knew how to cook. I still have a hard time with pasta. sweatdrop
Is it ok to add an idea - could work with this recipe or any spaghetti recipe... *Hopes this is ok and I dun get smacked upside my head.* sweatdrop
Put the pasta in the bottom of a pie pan, letting it go up the sides and creating a little dish in the middle, pour your sauce into the "dish", and put the cheese over the top (like to use Mozarella and Cheddar together), put it in the oven just to melt the cheese, and now you have a Spaghetti Pie... xd
