In the past week, we've lost two of our crew members. One of them left for reasons still quite unclear to us, whereas the other decided they were far too busy with school to keep up with the guild. But it didn't take us long before we found our next possible candidate!
Lolicon Crayon (or simply Gian) stood out significantly, and having experienced his abilities in the past, we knew he'd make a great part of the team. So, I promoted him for a trial. It's been three days since this trial began, and I can now say that he's all but failed.

Also, I did say that we lost two crew members - and so far, only one suitable replacement has been found. But we're still looking! We want people who clearly wish to help the guild, have a good sense of justice and fairness, and most of all, are active.
Think you've got what it takes? Then participate and enjoy yourself, and you may find sometime in the near future that you've been selected. ^_^
