I can't remember what i was going to say...buuut terriyaki goes well with chicken yes...buuut I think the deer meat of my peoples is real good with terriyaki marinated thinginess and i use it as my primary sauce in a Stir Fry/Chow mein ^_^

I quit buying bottles of teriyaki and make my own. Depending on the dish it use varying amounts of soy sauce, mirin (sweetened sake or a combination of sake and sugar), garlic, and occasionally ginger.
For noodles, tamago (rolled omelet), and fried rice, I use Kikkoman's Memmi.
