Just playing around in openCanvas, practicing colours and stuff.

It came out looking kinda creepy. Dunno. I like it though.

C+C and whatnot. biggrin

Oh wow, I really like it.

Something about the corner of her mouth annoys me though, maybe it's meant to look like that but it just kind of seems smudgy. I lovvvvve her hair and top, they just look really smooth and polished. It's a very pretty picture.

She seems very face on and so I think her neck tendons should be even. Right now, one appears to be sticking out more than the other.

It hardly matters, I just thought that. Lovely shiny picture mrgreen

Ah, I see what you mean. I just have a habit of sticking that line in any angle. XD *makes mental note to look up neck structure*

Thanks!

I'm loving her hair. It's smooth and pretty. ^^

I'd try a bit more color variation; it tends to make the image look more alive.

I disagree. I think that the tonal unity is nice; it brings attention towards the eyes.

I'm personally a fan of subdued tones and all of that.

Sorry about being vague; I was not referring to the color choice, but to the technique she used for her shading. I'm suggesting her to use other colors to shade the image, rather than what looks like additions of blacks and whites on the image.

Ah, I think I get what you mean. Like, using different colours of highlights and shadows that don't really go with the other colours?
