I see this topic pop up about 100 times every day in main AMC, so why don't we settle it for good?
Fight 1: Pre - timeskip Naruto vs. Inuyasha right after he learned Bakuryuuha.
Fight 2: Post - timeskip Naruto vs. Inuyasha at the current point in the manga.

Pre-timestop I'd have to say Inuyasha. Inuyasha has at least the same speed due to his demon abilities, plus is able to take hits a lot better. Also the wind scar excels at taking out mass numbers of opponents , so the clones wouldn't be as much of a help. Finally the backlash wave would allow Inuyasha to turn the energy of the rasengen right straight back into naruto, and I don't see naruto surviving that.
As for the second fight I'm not sure yet.
