Sooo, just finished a couple of commissions today so I figured I'd post 'em here. I have a few other done as well, but I can't post them yet 'cause the deal isn't complete. And I'm paranoid of getting ripped off. D:

But anyway. Here.





Two different styles of drawing and colouring. I like the soft look of the second one... openCanvas is awesome for that.

One problem: I have trouble shading noses. Mostly around the middle/bridge area. I like having the "anime"-ish feel, as in.. petite and round, but I'd also like to be able to do a bit more shading. Any suggestions? A draw-over would be fab.

My biggest problem is my monitor. It's SO dark, the right side of the hat in the second picture (headshot) looks black, so it's really hard for me to colour dark things.

When I have enough money I'm definitely getting a new one, so hopefully that should help.

I do get what you mean about those white lines, though. I didn't notice how harsh they were. e__e
