Plot Info/History
In the world of Pokemon, things have been going normally. Rocket has been gaining power, but hasn't been directly involved in conquest for some time. Pokemorphs, as they are commonly called, though they're "Anthropomorphic Pokemon" Some speculate that it was a modern technological experiment, others a freak twist of evolution, others still of a sick interbreeding. Regaurdless, they are *mostly* accepted in human society, but there are exceptions. However, pokemorphs are in fact pokemon that reached their Anthromorphic status, regaurdless of how. At least, until recently.
That is, recently, a modern medical technology was developed that could turn a human into a pokemorph as well. Authorities all over the world banned this almost before it came out, but rocket managed to get a hold of the technology, and began to 'augment' its elite, and the other criminal orginizations worldwide are scrambling to get their dirty little hands on that tech.
However, this is beside the point for the time being. Whether you're one of the few humans that have been augmented, or a natural pokemorph, We're in a hospital, medical care facility, school, and boarding home for both kinds of pokemorphs that have had a severe trauma in the past, or are unnable to adapt to modern society.
