This is a race around the would including including people every one thinks are the fastes:Barry alen,Bart Allen,Wally west.Sonic the hedgehog,Shadow the hedgehog,Burter from the ginyu force,Zoom,Quick silver, Northstar and for fun The roud runner and speedy gonzales
Personaly id go for ether Barry wally os shadow...why shadow he has Chaos control

I dont know a few of those people but in Superman the movie Superman span around the earth so fast it stopped the Earths rotation. rolleyes Its lame I know but thats the fastest I've seen.
Plus I dont know half the people on your poll.
