The final showdown between two quicksters. Rock Lee and Spidey. The battle area is set to the steets of New York. This a battle to the death, who will be prevail!?

From what I've seen, Rock Lee has the better speed overall, and spidey has the better strength. Spidey also has his spider sense which allows him to detect any sudden attacks by Lee. However, if Lee opened the power of the 5 gates there is a chance that he would be able to hit Spidey. By doing this there is also a chance that Lee could never fight again, so it would be a very risky desision.

The only way Lee could hit Spidey is with the gates, and that is far away from being a win for him. Lee moves Very fast, though he probably doesn't move as fast as Quicksilver of Speed Demon, both of whom Spidey has casually slapped the second they got into arms distance.
Lee's biggest problem is that his attacks and things are all textbook (Sans being drunk or unconscience) and he himself said that his speed was a way to prevent himself from being overwhelmed by the fact that he simply can't instinctively counter affectively. Problem with this is that's spidey's biggest specialty. Countering an attack, while dodging three from other directions.
If nothing else, Lee can't break webbing unless he unlocks all the gates, and even then it would take him a few seconds to get loose.
If you're going to pit Spidey against a Naruto character, try and make it a Sannin or a Hokage in order to be closer.
